The 12 most frequently asked questions about Boudoir

Do you share my images?
Your comfort and privacy is of the most importance to use, so no we don’t share your images without your permission. Some clients are just learning to love themselves or they have a job where they are more out in the public eye and so don’t want them shared. We do have quite a few clients that do want us the share them to inspire other women, but again are only shared with the clients permission. None of your images will be used on our website or social media, unless we have written permission from you. All our clients on our website have given us their permission to use the images.
Do I have to wear lingerie?
If lingerie isn’t something that you’re into, you can wear dresses, jeans, skirts/tops etc. Or if you’re not into lacy or fancy lingerie, you can wear a simple cotton set or bodysuit. We do send a guide to help you choose outfits.
Do you have payment plans?
Yes, we do. They can be paid prior to your Session OR after your session. If paid in FULL by your session, then your products are ordered right away. If paid after your session, your products are ordered once it’s all payments are complete, like a layaway plan.
Is Hair & Makeup included in your sessions?
Yes, professional Hair & Makeup is included in ALL our sessions and an important part of the experience. It is really important to feel special and pampered and its also very calming, which a lot of clients like. You get to choose how you have it, whether it’s light and natural or glamorous.
Do You photoshop my images?
On the day of your session we edit your images, cull them down, color balance, exposure, crop etc and do a light retouch on them. If you want more retouching we can do that too, you get to choose how much photoshop you would like, although our goal is keep you looking like yourself.
Where should I buy my outfits?
When you book we send out a Prep guide that has lots of places to shop including both Online and in stores. The Guide also includes outfit ideas and suggestions for different body types.
What type of products do you have?
We have beautiful Luxury albums in different sizes that are handmade in Portugal, that you get to customize. We also have Heirloom boxes of prints, a gorgeous Calendar with Brass stand and many options for Wall Art including Canvas Wraps!
Do you offer Digitals?
Yes, They come with most of our packages or you can purchase them A La Carte. They are high resolution images that you can print from.
I am so nervous, how do I calm my nerves?
It’s very normal to be nervous when you are doing new for the 1st time, it’s very common and totally fine. All you have to do is SHOW up and we will guide on everything else!! Once we get started you will more probably forget that you were even nervous!
How many outfits should I bring?
We shoot 3 outfits but ask clients to bring 5-6, so we have options if something doesn’t work out. It’s better to have too many than not enough.
Should I arrive early?
With LA traffic, you can definitely arrive 10mins early. If you are here way before that, you can go and get a coffee somewhere close. We start at 10am, but will text you if we are ready earlier.

Our Boudoir studio is located in Los Angeles, close to LAX. Our clients come from all over SoCal, California and other states.
